Shipping Terms

Order and Shipping Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information, if applicable.

Where We Ship

We currently ship from our store in Orlando, FL to over 30 countries, via USPS & UPS. We offer shipping in the U.S. and options for international.

Shipping Costs

U.S.
  • First Class Mail: 3 to 7 days transit. The cost is calculated at checkout. Please note that order processing may take up to 2 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.
  • Priority: 3-5 days transit. The cost is calculated at checkout. Please note that order processing may take up to 2 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.
  • Express: 1-2 business days transit. The cost is calculated at checkout.
U.K., Europe and Canada
  • Standard International: 14-21 days transit. The cost is calculated at checkout. Please note that order processing may take up to 2 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.
  • International packages subject to customs duty. If you would like to find out more, contact your country's customs.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be charged where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.

ReturnsReturn Policy                

Returns on eligible items are accepted within 14 days of order date. 
Herbs, teas, spices, capsules and oils are NON REFUNDABLE. Please be sure to do your research before placing an order.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
Your item must be in the original packaging. 
Also will need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Late Returns

Any item returned after 14 days from order date is not eligible for refund.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. 
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Receiving a Refund

A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. 
Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times.
