Black Cohosh ~
Botanical Name: Cimicfuga racemosa
Decreases hot flashes, irritability in menopause and menstrual difficulties . Do not use if pregnant or have liver disease. Used to induce labor for women who are at term alternating with Blue Cohosh. May help with back or neck pain, whiplash, chronic inflammation of the ovary and vertigo.
