Botanical Name: Passiflora incarnata
A sedative herb used for anxiety, insomnia, restlessness, epilepsy and other conditions of hyperactivity, as well as high blood pressure. Passionflower also is included in many pain formulas when discomfort is caused by muscle tension and emotional turmoil.
