Fo-Ti, traditionally known as He Shou Wu, is a Chinese botanical with centuries of use in Traditional Chinese Medicine and herbal traditions.
Fo-Ti has historically been associated with vitality, longevity, and healthy aging traditions. Its Chinese name is tied to the well-known legend of “Mr. He,” whose restored vitality and dark hair became part of the folklore surrounding the herb.
