Motherwort ~
Botanical Name: Leonurus cardiaca
Traditionally used as a tea and frequently combined with hawthorn. Helps calm the excess of energy which courses through the heart and nervous system. Relieving stress for both men and women. “No better herb for strengthening and gladdening the heart.” Also traditionally used to help with menstrual and menopausal symptoms.
