Mugwort ~
Botanical Name: Artemisia vulgaris
A magical herb used as a tea before bed. Can be used alone or try our "Dream Tea" mixed with other botanicals for a restful sleep, lucid dreaming or add in a sachet under your pillow. Mugwort is also often used as a smudging (burning) ceremonial herb. Medicinally, an excellent digestive stimulant and is quite effective taken before or after heavy meals to alleviate gas and bloating. A mild sedative useful in calming nerves and easing stress. A favorite of wise women, helps the female reproductive system and is used as a uterine stimulant that can bring on delayed menstruation. Helps restore a woman's natural monthly cycle.
