Valerian Herbal Extract ~ Promotes Relaxation & Restful Sleep*

Herb Pharm prepares Valerian extract from the fresh (never dried) root and rhizome of Certified Organic Valeriana officinalis plants. The rhizome & root are harvested in autumn and are then promptly extracted while still fresh and succulent.

The herb is extracted in small batches with Certified Organic cane alcohol for potency and to maintain the balance of phytochemicals as they exist in the plant. Herb Pharm assure herb identity via macroscopic and organoleptic analysis, then confirm it through methods such as HPTLC fingerprinting specific to each herb. The formula is easily dispensed, taken in liquid form and added to water or other liquid.

INGREDIENTS: Valerian rhizome with root (Valeriana officinalis)  extract 636 mg , Country of origin: USA

Other Ingredients: Certified organic cane alcohol (54-64%)., Certified Organic, Fresh (Undried). Extraction rate 560 mg fresh herb per 0.7 ml

Suggested Use: Add 0.7 ml (approximately 1/8 teaspoon) to 2 oz. of water or juice, up to 4 times per day for general relaxation.* May be taken 1 hour before bed and again at bedtime. Best taken between meals. Strength: Fresh Herb Menstruum Ratio 1:1.25

    Valerian root is a secret weapon for sleep. I'm so grateful this is readily available whenever I need it
